You're welcome! It's been a few years since I left Milan to lead a life in country. Those who choose this place for some space to relax are not looking for a hotel but are rather seeking the feeling of being in a very italian country house, a place where they know they can enjoy their own privacy in a welcoming atmosphere.
Near A21, the motorway from Malpensa and Linate Airport, for a relaxing stopover to get to Genoa, Cinqueterre, but also Venice, Florence and Chianti, Umbria, Marche.

#BLUENOTTEXPERIENCE Il medioevo è l'epoca che caratterizza questo borgo, l'IMPONENTE TORRE MEDIEVALE ILLUMINATA LA NOTTE fa da padrona. Il viale che porta al piccolo cortile romantico di quello che fu il castello, è un'altra occasione per ascoltare i propri passi. Ultimamente un'esperienza che ha entusiasmato gli ospiti è la proposta di RAGGIUNGERE A PIEDI IL PICCOLO BORGO MEDIEVALE. La strada, 200mt circa, non ha lampioni e serve portarsi una luce per percorrere quei 10minuti di strada immersi nella notte. Si raggiunge la chiesa e il borgo si illumina di luci d'atmosfera.

#SUPPERGIU' Itinerari tracciati per percorrere a piedi o in bike, SENTIERI PANORAMICI SU CRINALI DI COLLINE, tra le vigne e i boschi, e raggiungere piccoli borghi. Ad accompagnare la MAPPA PRESCELTA CON IL PERCORSO DESIDERATO (breve/lungo, leggero/impegnativo) sarà fornita anche una scheda per riconoscere le IMPRONTE DI ANIMALI SELVTICI presenti in questo territorio, nonchè quella con le ERBE E FRUTTI SPONTANEI che si potranno raccogliere.

Per permettere di avere il tempo necessario E' PREVISTO L'ANTICIPAZIONE DEL CHECKIN DALLE 15 e/o il posticipo del checkout fino alle 14,30. Così potrete lasciare la vostra auto e valige in sicurezza nella casa.

The Torretta di sotto's property is a little oasis surrounded by vineyards.

An authentic italian country house which takes you back in time and space. The sheep roam freely in the fields and woods. Geese chickens and ducks feed on the extensive grounds of the property and splash happily in the pond. The series of hills, made up of sedimentary sea rocks, are oriented southward. The soil has a prevailing clay component, so that it is suitable for viticulture and to the production of red full-bodied wines. Even white grapevines find a favourable environment here: the white wines are in fact substantial and rich in smells.

The climate is characterized by notable variations in temperature, because the Appennines stop the influence of the sea, in spite of the fact that it is reasonably close. The end of winter is usually cold and dry. In spring it rains in April/May. Summers are hot and dry, and this goes on until mid-autumn. It’s normally rainy in November and it snows in december /January
